PPD secures work for 2009. We were recently notified we were the successful bidder on The College of William & Mary – School of Education project.  This project is valued at $2,500,000 and is slated for completion by Summer 2010.

PPD has been awarded the metal stud and drywall contract for the Flow Automotive Porsche/Audi dealership.

PPD has been awarded the contract for metal studs, drywall & acoustical ceilings for the Piedmont Virginia Community College Science & Technology Building.

PPD will be the selected metal stud, drywall & acoustical ceilings subcontractor on The Gleason, a high end condo project in downtown Charlottesville.

PPD is the successful bidder on Smith Aquatics Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

PPD has been selected as the Metal Stud and Drywal contractor for the Ambler Johnston Dorm Renovations at Virginia Tech. 

PPD has been awarded the contract for Pantops III Professional Office Building.

PPD has also been awarded the contract for the Charlottesville Transit Service Building .

PPD is also a participant on several major LEED projects.
